Accommodation and facilities
We offer a range of accommodation options onsite for schools and colleges with different capacities to suit your numbers.
All our indoor spaces are heated, have tea and coffee making facilities and wifi. Indoor spaces are located around a central courtyard with toilet and shower facilities.
Our residential facilities are only available to organised groups and we don't take public bookings.
Facilities include:

- Power sockets in a number of locations
- Wifi internet access available close to the buildings
- Campfire circle
- Tables and benches available for use on the field
- A wide range of onsite activities and activity equipment available to hire

Can you recommend a coach company familiar with Lower Grange Farm?
We work in Partnership with Chalkwell who provide a discounted quotation for any schools who have a confirmed booking with us. Once you have made your booking we will give you a unique code to claim this discount.
Chalkwell Coach Hire have been providing coach hire to schools, colleges and other educational establishments since 1931.
With coaches based in Kent and Medway they cover most of
the South East. The fleet includes 16, 33, 53, 70 and 53 seat executive coaches, with wheelchair access on some vehicles.

Can we provide our own catering?
Yes, our 'Residential adventure package' is fully catered, however, if preferred you can bring your own caterer or self-cater. We have an onsite catering kitchen which can be hired and can also provide access to fridge/freezer space as required.
Do you have separate staff accommodation?
We have a number of separate indoor building spaces. You can determine how the different areas are used. Teachers normally prefer the 4 and 8 bedroom rooms which have underfloor heating, reading lights and tea/coffee making facilities.
